Work is performed on the Gaming floor and in areas that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky and/or poorly lighted.Standard General L.P.Must demonstrate regular, predictable attendance.Must possess normal vision and hearing range.Must maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Twin Rivers appearance standards.Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time and to frequently bend, reach and kneel.Must demonstrate the ability to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure and/or when dealing with difficult situations and meeting deadline.Must be able to speak and write fluently in the English language.Must demonstrate the ability to access all areas of the property, and in some instances, in a rapid manner.Demonstrate knowledge concerning attractions, special events and services available in the local community.Demonstrate knowledge concerning all aspects of the Twin Rivers Players’ Club Card and encourage guest participation.

Recognize signs of problem gaming and alcohol intoxication.

Recognize and respond to minors in the Casino (under the minimum age of 18 years old).

Perform other duties as assigned by Gaming Management.

Remain on the Gaming floor until the assigned room is clear (i.e., all guests have left the Cashier Booth area at closing).

Return all unclaimed VLT tickets to a Floor Supervisor.

Act professionally when making radio transmissions.

Communicate with Floor Supervisors when a guest may have earned or deserves a complimentary meal or amenity.

Circulate throughout the assigned room(s) on the Gaming floor, remaining visible to guests.

Demonstrate knowledge concerning the basic functions of video lottery terminals and game themes.

Demonstrate knowledge concerning Twin River services, features, attractions, promotions and special events to respond accurately to guest/member’s inquiries.

Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations License

Demonstrate the ability to operate a two-way radio.

Demonstrate the ability to perform basic math.

Demonstrate the ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff.

Demonstrate the ability to understand and comply with departmental and company rules and regulations, and policies and procedures.

Possess a thorough understanding of the RI Lottery Video Terminal Procedures pertaining to the Gaming operation.

One (1) year experience in a Gaming facility.
